I love the pool with a jacuzzi. The hotel room was so comfortable and spacious. I borrowed a bike for a day trip which was perfect . And not to forget the absolutely amazing massage with entry to the spa, where you can watch the sunset over the bled from Finish sauna . Unforgettable experience.

Lovely modern decor, clean, friendly staff, beautiful lakeside view. Ideal for getting into town and walking the lake. Superb sauna
Aircon seemed to struggle. Room was warm even with aircon at maximum cooling

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Overpowering scent in the reception and hallways.
Room was next to a family of three children, the only ones we saw in the hotel (nothing against children, but we had requested ahead for a quiet room).
No view, just a big tree blocking the light to the room.
Breakfast had a large selection but the eggs were very bland, with limited ingredients for the omelettes.
Safe needed to be reset upon arrival which took some time to resolve.

Staff at reception was nice. The room was very clean and well designed
The staff at the spa and pools was grumpy and unhelpful. They did not allow the two of us to enter using a single card, while an entire family was allowed to do so. I went upstairs to pick up the card but was never able to return to the spa. It was not worth going downstairs for 20 minutes. They should have had a guest list instead.
The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, to the point that I could not sleep properly.
Breakfast was very abundant, but mostly unhealthy.
Overall, the level of comfort did not meet what I would expect from a four-star hotel.
