The staff, on checkin the receptionist changed our room to one that was brighter with 2 windows, on checkout I asked could we stay on longer than the 11.00 checkout and again the receptionist was very obliging and arranged a later checkout

Hotel guest set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night. No fault of Imperial Hotel Galway.
