THE ELEGANCE OF OVERLOOKING THE MUSEE D'ORSAY(156 m²/ 1680 sq ft)
An incredible location in the heart of the Saint Germain neighborhood known as the “soul of Paris” just steps away from the Seine River. This superb apartment is located in a classic early 1900s building across from the famous Musée d’Orsay and a short walk from the Louvre, the Tuileries and the Luxembourg Gardens. Saint Germain will forever be the “soul of Paris” and home of the Arts. An ideal location to wander through this neighborhood’s tiny crooked streets and passage-ways and travel back in time and have a café at Café de Flore and Deux Magots in the footsteps of the Lost Generation and New Wave artists, such as Hemingway, Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Truffaut, Godard…
An elevator takes you up to this unusually spacious apartment comprised of three bedrooms, with splittable king size beds, three bathrooms, all of which are en suite and one separate WC, there also is a separate laundry room and a spacious office space. This superb apartment has been entirely and elegantly renovated to create the perfect space for families or larger groups with tan exceptional floor plan to make your stay perfect
MINIMUM STAY: We do have a one week rental policy, so the weekly rate applies even for shorter stays if the apartment is available for one full week. We can only prorate the nights if the apartment is available for fewer nights between other bookings OR ACCEPT A SHORTER STAY IF REQUESTED AT THE LAST MINUTE. So don't hesitate to check with us, we usually have last minute deals where we can accept a shorter stay without applying the minimum week policy.
Important Notice
The French government has announced they will be banning all AC systems that run on water by October 1st 2025 as it is obviously a huge waste of water and we all have to act on this environmental problem the best we can.
Therefore, as nearly all of our installations are concerned with this new law, We will be stopping the use of such units (to this day they were the only systems we are able to install in old Parisian buildings.) by its legal date. In regards to our guests' comfort, we will provide portable mobile AC units, fans, and air coolers depending on the configurations of the apartment.

We really enjoyed this apartment. Clean, great location, quiet neighborhood, friendly staff, plenty of space. Would stay here again!

Four adults and an early-rising ten-year-old: what could go wrong? Plenty, but nothing did! There was ample room for our grandson to amuse himself in another room until the rest of us rose for the day and for one daughter to work remotely. Loved being where we could walk to museums, parks and for casual meals. Several boulangeries close enough for one person to do the breakfast bread run in the morning. I just can’t think of anything that could have gone better.

We are three retired American couples who enjoy traveling together yearly. We have all been to Paris multiple times and chose to spend the last week of April in this lovely flat. Because we are retired, we all like an apartment with private and common space. This lovely space was well decorated, in impeccable shap and the service and support from the owner was wonderful. Highly recommend both the neighborhood and the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in our Saint Germain Luxury 3 bedroom. The location and the apartment were absolutely perfect. I would not change a thing. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Thanks Nastasia! We will definitely be back!!
