Treschers Schwarzwald Hotel

Location was wonderful with great views. Close to town and many tourist shops and restaurants. Totally wonderful staff throughout hotel.

Empty tables at breakfast that were reserved when other residents looking for tables

Breathtaking central location, the restaurant staff and food. The outdoor pool, and dock area.

The hallways and decor in the rooms is a little dated, but still lovely.

La chambre avec la vue sur le lac. La gentillesse du personnel.

Excellent location with beautiful lake views Scenic setting perfect for Black Forest exploration Convenient access to local attractions Friendly restaurant staff - the waiters were pleasant and helpful

Our room has a completely transparent shower window facing the bedroom. When we raised this concern at reception, we were told "this is normal in Germany" and nothing could be done. This is absolutely unacceptable for families or anyone sharing a room. Temperature Issues: Rooms were uncomfortably hot. Reception acknowledged the issue but said no one can fix it until tomorrow, offering no alternative solutions. Poor Housekeeping Standards: Basic supplies like water bottles were never replenished during our stay - something that's standard service elsewhere. Poor Customer Service: Staff consistently dismissed legitimate concerns instead of offering solutions.
