Next door to a large woodland park and nature. Yet only 10 mins walk to tram and another 10 to old town. Best of both worlds.

Water in Krakow is to an high environment standard.

No tea making facilities but got used to drinking water instead!

I loved the fact that the hotel was placed around a very green area, which made it quite comfy to begin with. Lots of green, a huge forest area close by. I also enjoyed the classic look of the hotel, which reminded me of a palace. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

I liked the staff kindness and courtesy also the hotel is located near Zakrzówek park which is a beautiful place and a definitely top 3 Kraków destination to visit
The room was terribly small - it did not look like that in the pictures. Moreover, the variety of breakfast selection was very limited, anticipated much more. The exterior surface
of the hotel was also not inviting with some dark spots on the building. All in all, the hotel does not deserve the guest score over 8 (such a score was present during my reservation)
