Hotel Prestige

Our stay at Hotel Prestige was absolutely amazing, and we had such a wonderful time celebrating our honeymoon! All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and offering fantastic recommendations for things to see and do. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, especially by ensuring we had plenty of vegan options at breakfast each morning, including delicious croissants and oat milk cappuccinos. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness and care they put into making us feel so welcome during such a special time in our lives. The little touches and outstanding hospitality made our honeymoon even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend Hotel Prestige to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

The hotel is a bit further out from Sorrento but they offer a free shuttle to and from the town centre.

The staff were excellent and so helpful. The shuttle bus was great and hotel was in a beautiful location at the top of the hill. Pleasant stay.

Nothing

I always remember the staff, and I promised I’d get back. Italia and her colleagues were always so kind to us, made our stay way more enjoyable. Location is good! A nice starting point to discover the Amalfi Coast. We went by on a rented car and although it can cost some extra money, I don’t regret a single bit, it’s freedom to explore. If you prepare and know where to look, parking wise (in the Amalfi coast can get expensive though). We loved the deluxe suite with the nice balcony with a view, very relaxing and great sunset.

Not that much to dislike, a good experience overall, but I’d like a more varied offer in Room service, that could be improved. Also, more offer in breakfast, and it would be awesome if the hotel had its own restaurant.

The views were amazing the rooms were clean.,some members of staff were friendly.

Some staff were rude, shuttle bus times not ideal, wrong info regarding bus times not accurate, breakfast very sub standard, beds and pillows rock hard., no atmosphere round the pool.
