The staff were all professional, but the friendliness and helpfulness varied greatly from person to person. The location is excellent, and the parking option was satisfactory (17 euros a day for a nearby garage). The breakfast was exceptionally good; we don't usually take a hotel breakfast, but in this case, the variety and the quality was worth the euros. Our rooms were clean and comfortable.
Most of the desk staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, giving us instructions on how to park, where to eat, providing us with an umbrella when it rained. One gentleman was laconic and sober to the point of rudeness. That was unfortunate.
