ITC Infantas by Soho Boutique

Excellent location and a nice and not too big a hotel.

The room was right at the rear of the corridor and at the back so wasn't as bright and open as it could have been. For the price paid breakfast should have been included especially as it was not high season.

The location of ITC Infantas by Soho Boutique is absolute perfection — situated in a vibrant neighborhood right near Gran Vía and Mercado de San Antón, and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. There are metro stations nearby, though you will barely need them because everything is so accessible on foot. We booked a Premium room and it was exceptionally spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you could need: air conditioning, a fridge, a coffee machine, and cable TV. Our room had several lovely small balconies, which seems to be a feature in most rooms. Despite being in such a central and lively area, the room was remarkably quiet, and the total blackout curtains ensured a fantastic night's sleep. The staff at reception and in the cafeteria were uniformly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast offered in the cafeteria is lovely, full, and very reasonably priced. We have stayed at this hotel several times now and are always delighted with our experience. Highly recommended — enjoy your stay!

We loved this place. Big sized room and bathroom. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great location in a great neighbourhood. Short walk to the city centre as well. Would stay there again when in Madrid.

Bed was ok, but small. Location excellent. Breakfast ok.

Facilities are old, air conditioning blows straight at your head at night. Shower falling down. Lack of several things: Big Bottle of Water for the night, Cappucino for breakfast, extra rolls toilet paper.
