Everything was OK, the receptionist was very kind and speaks a good English, calm and clear. The breakfast is huge!
The shower was very hot and it’s not near the beach.

Our room was very comfortable, with a sizeable bed, and lovely views. The sunrise was spectacular.
The buffet breakfast was had a fantastic choice, both cold and hot.
Loved the pool area.
Although we loved the pool area and the pool was big enough to do lengths, the loud, obtrusive, and quite frankly, dreadful music spoilt our enjoyment which was a great shame. I don’t understand why a hotel of this calibre can’t play good covers! Even the local supermarkets played far better music. What was strange was that they were playing really good music early on at breakfast.

Really nicely finished modern stylish hotel with great pool, friendly staff and nice rooms.
We had some problems with the water pressure in our room but the staff were very very helpful, attentive and offered alternative room options immediately.
Few teething issues which you would expect with a new property but ultimately we left feeling very very happy with our time at Innside.
It’s a 35 minute walk into Elounda for alternative food options to the hotel which I would say is the only downer, if you want to have a drink and leave the car. However the Ferryman (restaurant recommended by the hotel) is well worth the walk.

Excellent views. Great location. Spacious room. Very friendly staff.
The bed mattress was very uncomfortable. It needs replacement. We've addressed a security issue with our door, and wasn't resolved. Meal wise, breakfast was basic with very limited choises and dinner was overpriced for what was offered. Limited selection on salads and main courses. Not good value for a 4 star hotel.
