We stayed in the hotel as we attended a race meeting at Newmarket. We stayed in the Chippenham suite. The suite was beautiful as as the hotel. Food in the hotel bar was excellent and the staff in reception and in the bar were brilliant, really attentive. A fantastic stay.

Breakfast was excellent, great location and staff very helpful and friendly.
Our room had no view, as promised and was above the leisure centre. The noise level was intolerable while classes were on. We suffered for 3 nights before being moved on the last night of our stay, thankfully!

Nice location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable
Food and beverage service was slow and poor. Breakfast was a 25 minute wait for coffee and when breakfast arrived it was missing most of the choices. No point in complaining to the staff, as they were rushed and too busy.
