They upgraded me to a one-bedroom. It was perfect, not a single issue. 5th floor, views over Soi Diana, 3 balconies included! Staff super great as usual and super helpful. Good housekeeping.
Nothing

I had two reservations as I added one night after my initial booking. The staff was nice enough to combine everything in one booking and then upgrading me!
Nothing.

Great location and great value. Rooms were clean and spacious if a little bit old fashioned. Bed very comfortable and nice shower. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Liked it.
Lighting was a bit fiddly to get right.

Large rooms, big bed.
Needs updating, fixtures and fittings are old and very dated.
There was an unpleasant odour in the lobby which just lingered around!
