Room on the small side. I found the rate expensive albeit its one of the better priced hotels in the dublin area.

Lovely building, comfy beds, really clean, good breakfast, soya milk provided for tea and cereals.

A member of staff woke us up at 6.05 am to ask our name and inform us we weren't in the computer for the room we were in which meant my lie-in was ruined. It would have been nice to have some dairy free spread for toast at breakfast.

Food was nice in the bar area. Bed comfy.

Wallpaper peaking off the bedroom walls, sink blocked. Outside of the hotel is falling apart. Dirty cups in room. Dishes, cutlery and tables at breakfast were not very clean and the food wasn’t very warm.

When we arrived we asked about early check in, which we had been told previously couldn't be guaranteed, so we were just hoping a room might be ready as it was around 12.30 but the guy at reception wasn't very friendly and just looked at us and said "no". We asked to leave our baggage which they did allow us to do.. After leaving our bags we decided to get lunch in the restaurant. We waited by the bar to ask about being seated and were pretty much ignored, until a young waitress came over and I asked. When we checked in later in the day the reception staff had changed over and the lady was really nice and a lot more friendly than the previous man. All in all the room was nice, very comfy bed and it was clean. But the lack of customer service would put me off staying here again.
