The room was comfortable and the property is in a convenient location. Free parking available just round the corner. The communication and welcome was 10/10. The breakfast was 6/10. Overall great value and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property

Almost everything. We had a room at the annexe at the back of the house. Very convenient as I have trouble using stairs. Very clean, comfortable bed though pillows were a bit hard. Duncan was very welcoming and cooked us a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend Athol House!

The property was perfect for what I needed. Clean and plenty of room. Staff were very friendly and they made the stay fun. Great breakfast in the morning and free parking was easy to find in adjacent street. I have been back to stay again.
It was very basic but it very cost effective and I wasn’t there in a holiday break. Perfect for the needs of a weekend trip or working as a contractor. Maybe not for for you if you’re trying to impress your girlfriend.

The location was ok for us .
Bed was very flimsy, slats kept coming off. Owner was accommodating but yet a bit full on and kind of strange, maybe needs toning down a fraction. The room was clean and tidy and breakfast offered was a bonus!
