The room in the cave is damp, you must consider this before you book it. Very nice room but a lot of humidity in there!

Dear Kapari Team, I just wanted to thank you all for your incredibly warm welcome, your kindness, and for always being so helpful and available throughout my stay. I’ve had five absolutely wonderful days here. Santorini has definitely made it into my top 3 favorite places in the world, and Kapari has been a big part of making this trip so special. This hotel and Skaros Rock Sunset was incredible . It is in my top 3 best memories ever . Thank you again for everything. I’m leaving with so many beautiful memories, and one thing is certain: I’ll be back! 🙏🏻🫶🏻 Camille

The style of the hotel was beautiful and the location was exceptional. The infinity pool and lounge area was beautiful, even though it was small as was my upgraded suite.

The bathroom had no ventilation, no light in the shower and the heat from the bathroom came into the bedroom. Also waiting staff spent more time talking to other guests and not paying attention to serving me they were also often not in the restaurant area at meal times . I had a particular experience where it wasn’t explained to me that a massage therapist was male and the treatment itself was not a high enough standard for the expensive cost with a huge lack of communication. The manager was thoughtful, but ultimately there was no compensation offered which would’ve felt appropriate.
