Henann Garden Resort

It’s right in the middle of the stations. Staff are wonderful and friendly. It is close to all the shops and restaurants. Great breakfast buffet lots of selection. We have a smooth airport to hotel transfers. Great vibe and atmosphere. Security guards are right at exits and entrances so we feel safe and they are the friendliest security we have met. The grounds are clean and they clean all the pools everyday before opening it to their patrons. Also, swim up bar and massages by the pool which my brother enjoyed and me and my husband had our massages in our room. You can get your hair braided right outside our hotel and you can also book water and land activities right outside. Just look for a guy named Kuya Dhoy we booked our ATV tour with him.

Our room with direct pool access was nice. Staff were friendly and polite. Location to White Beach was within easy reach

Bedbugs!! Informed the reception. Was offered another room, but needed to check out the following day at 12 noon, be in limbo for 3 hours, before being given an avaliable room at 3pm. Unacceptable to be subjected to the lobby without a room for three hours, for something that's not my fault. The TV in the room is not a smart TV. Although it advertised digital channels, it was only analogue. Only CNN news, no BBC. Great if you understand Tagalog or Korean. The toaster, at breakfast time. You need to insert the bread 3 times before it gets toasted (BUY A NEW TOASTER!!) Eggs - either over fried and hard, or underfried and the whites are translucent and raw. (THE COOK NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO FRY AN EGG) During breakfast, the pots containing food are left with the lids raised and the food is open to flies. Staff don't close lids, no signs for customers to close after use. No lounger chair on terrace, by poolside. Had to keep the curtains closed all the time, because everyone opposite or in the poll can see inside the room.- No privacy - One way glass needed Room Safe - Top row of digits not displayed. Difficult to enter PIN with a dodgy display. (BUY A NEW SAFE) Compared to the Henann Crystal Sands or Henann Palm, this hotel seems run-down and seen better days.
