"Sandy Paws" sera certainement un favori pour vos vacances annuelles à l'OBX! Sandy Paws dispose de superbes emplacements en bord de mer avec une vue imprenable sur le lever du soleil. Il y a une piscine privée rafraîchissante qui plaira à tous! La maison présente une configuration conviviale pour la famille qui offre une intimité avec un sentiment d’ouverture pour les réunions de famille. Pour rendre votre séjour encore plus agréable, vous trouverez également un ascenseur �� la maison. Lorsqu'il s'agit de choisir une maison pour vos vacances, celle-ci est un excellent choix pour créer des souvenirs qui dureront longtemps!
Niveau inférieur: Queen Master Bedroom avec TV. Salle de jeux avec baby-foot, canapé et télévision. Zone laveuse et sécheuse. Accès à la piscine, au bain à remous et à la douche extérieure.
Niveau intermédiaire: Chambre avec 2 lits simples, TV, accès au pont avec vue sur l'océan. Chambre Queen avec télévision et porte donnant sur la terrasse avec vue sur l'océan, salle de bain complète et une chambre principale avec TV.

My family very much enjoyed our beach week at Sandy Paws. The home is not directly across the street from the public beach access but 3 houses down. However the walk is only about 2 minutes and there is some parking at the public beach access area if needed. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most days. Overall the home was very nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub were clean and very nice. Our dogs were comfortable too and there was a nice neighborhood behind the house to walk the dogs. A charcoal grill was provided but we rented a propane grill. The elevator was so handy for bringing up groceries. The shower head in the outside shower was broken, but otherwise everything was in working order. I highly recommend this home. FYI there is scheduled beach replenishment in 2026 from mile marker 11 south towards Nags Head. This home is at mile marker 9.5.

Went with my kids and grandchildren. The pool was great! The unit is a bit dated. I took my pup which was great. The elevator was wonderful!!

The house was great until the morning before we left and smoke alarms started going off. After callling the office the tech came out and changed a few alarms, but should have changed all because as the day progressed they would occaionally go off and later on in the night it was every hour -we had quick ones ringing. Yes I called again later and they claimed it was the humidity but we noticed that a few of the alarms like the room with the twin beds the alarm had a red light on it. I know it rained and we had wet clothing around from the beach and pool all week but if that was the case, the "humidity" would have set them off earlier.
You should post the weight limit on the elevator.
sometimes when loading and unloading for the trip and having some people with some weight on them were kinda concerned about using it

While we were pleased with Beach Realty, the location of the property, beach access and the swimming pool we had some issues. First off the kitchen is terribly understocked. If you are renting a house with 5 bedrooms there should be more utensils. There are NO teaspoons in the house at all. The internet service was also very bad. It took 3days to figure out how to use the dryer because the vent hose was not connected properly. I would not be interested in renting Sandy Paws again.
