Hotel Rosa Dei Venti

We chose this hotel for a few days in Lerici with our dog, mainly because it's near Fiascherino Public Beach. From October 1st, dogs are allowed on the beach all day and can even swim in the sea, with dogs only needing to be on a leash on the beach itself. It was also a perfect base for visiting the lovely village of Tellaro, which is easily reachable on foot. The staff were generally friendly, breakfast was good, and we could check in a little earlier than expected.

A few downsides: the shower in the room was extremely small, and the fridge was quite noisy at night. The hotel parking costs €9 per day, but there is a large free parking area about a 10-minute walk away, which we used instead. The extra charge for our dog was €10 per night. Also add the tourist tax. It’s worth keeping in mind that many things come with an additional charge at the hotel. Overall, a good location for exploring the area with a dog, although there aren’t many suitable places nearby to walk your dog. There are no real grassy areas or parks around the hotel.

L'hôtel Rosa dei Venti se situe au bord d'une petite route, ce qui n'a pas posé de problème de bruit. L'accès à la plage se fait par 2 accès possibles, en quelques minutes : des escaliers, puis un chemin mènent à de petites plages de sable, en partie occupées par des établissements privés, mais également accessibles en usage public. Ces espaces publics sont très restreints, mais cela est compensé par un cadre idyllique. La vue de la terrasse est incroyable. Le village de Tellaro est accessible à pied, et est très pittoresque. Pour Lerici, il faut un véhicule, voiture ou bus. Le petit-déjeuner, en formule buffet, proposait un large choix. La climatisation fonctionne bien et permet de supporter la chaleur importante. Le personnel est accueillant. La chambre est confortable et très propre.

Organisation un peu lente pour la partie restauration.

hotel tres agreable et bien situé,personnel tres acceuillant et a l'ecoute le petit dejeuner etait super merci beaucoup pour les petites attentions a l'apero que nous prenions a l'hotel tous les soirs et d'un tres bon rapport qualité prix enfin que du positif sur cet etablissement a recommander nous avons passe un tres agreable sejour merci pour les recommandations des restaurant et des visites aux villages alentours

When we arrived for check in, the young lady was very friendly & courteous, the gentleman behind the desk was friendly, but seemed to try to get into a discussion about politics & stuff about what's going on in the US & middle east, not something I want to discuss. The room is quite small but has a nice, modern bathroom. The location is far from Lerici & not walkable, there is a bus but could never find it. Close to the town of Tellaro, but not much in Tellaro.

It says that it has a restaurant & bar, but the restaurant just heats up frozen meals for supper & the bar is not open from 4 til 7. The breakfast is quite limited & not many choices. The room was clean but parts of the hotel were not. We went up to the rooftop patio & there was a large dead bug in the hallway to the patio that was there for the 2 days we stayed. overall, this placed seems a little over priced & not great value for the money. Would not stay here again.
