The room is very clean, the staff is very helpful. 5 mins to the train station and centre.
Be careful there has no elevator and the floor is high. But the staff helped me to carry the really heavy luggage. Thanks a lot

Location is excellent. The room is also excellent as well as the staff.
You have to climb the stairs (three floors) with your luggage. It is indicated in the description though. But it is difficult.

The staff were amazing. The room was clean and easy to live in for 4 days. The bathroom was great. I had the room with a private bathroom not attached to my room so would recommend a dressing gown or cover up.
Nothing it was perfect for what I was expecting

Location, location, location. 5 minutes from the tram stop (airport and Villa Constanza links) and 3 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Room got AC, which works really well.
This hotel is on the top floor, so after a long day of walking through Florence, there is still a final climb.
