Hotel Jana

The hotel was nice, comfy and clean, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredibly warm, kind, and pleasant staff.

My family and I stayed here as it's the only large hotel in Prerov that has amenities and a restaurant. My teens needed something to do and the bowling alley, hot tub, and sauna were a hit! The included breakfast was great and we loved all the options it came with. The restaurant is lovely but it closed early on us on a slow Monday night. Understandable, but we went to bed hungry and the gate at the front of the hotel doesn't allow for any type of food delivery. What made our stay wonderful were all the lovely staff that work there. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and they always had a smile for us. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a bit dated, like from the last days of the communist era trying to be hip and modern. The rooms are a bit small and the lighting inside the rooms needs to be improved - and better TV's too. But while it was freezing and snowing outside, the room was warm, cozy, and we slept like rocks.

This is my favourite hotel, have been coming back for years now. Almost always in the same rooms, love it.

To this day I could not workout how to get the TV working, so not sure why is it so complicated despite following the instructions???

It was very clean

The room did not have air conditioning. For room with air condition we had to pay extra and still it worked very poorly and it was hard to sleep. The breakfast was with poor choise
