Location and sea views

It’s a little basic but the location makes up for it - maybe fix the broken curtains and provide better tea/coffee facilities in the room

Location is amazing. Right on the beach with plenty of restaurants and facilities close by. Estepona itself is very accessible and a short drive from Marbella and other key locations in Costa Del Sol. I would recommend for a good base if you're exploring that part of the south of Spain

Rooms are indeed quite average. The staff is efficient however if you're driving make sure you are clear on the parking arrangement before you arrive at the property. Availability is not guaranteed and is NOT free

The location is fantastic right by the sea wonderful views

The plugs were loose, so were the faucets which would practically come off as I’m turning the handle. There was a smell from the bathroom that wouldn’t go away even after the lady cleaned it thoroughly. The beds caused us back pain. We initially bought the room because of the view and image on the website which was very misleading and felt suffocated in a tiny room where we could not see each other because we got a twin instead of a double with a wall in the middle so we couldn’t even see each other! We were then given another room and as we entered another man was already inside the room, then we were given a third room and twice our card didn’t work over the days we spent there. No one was accepting that there were more rooms available until booking.com got involved suddenly then more rooms became available smh! Agatha was helpful to organise our stay and things improved toward the end of the week
