The location and the building itself are absolutely beautiful. Surrounded by greenery, the property has a wonderful peaceful atmosphere. We especially loved the historic character and traditional style of the building. Despite its age, everything was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and clearly well looked after.
The only missing thing was the coffee machine, I’d suggest the property manager to add one and you can even charge more per night, because honestly I believe the price is lower than it should be.

We loved the uniqueness of the old property and that it was on a small farm. Also the swimming pool was fab with shade and comfortable sunbeds.
It was a bit more remote than expected so a car is necessary.

la struttura in esterno e la piscina eccezionale. Appartamento internamente arredato in modo funzionale e caratteristico. Spaziosa area giorno, camere belle e bagno perfetto. Posizione molto buona per visitare in auto Perugia, Spello, Lago Trasimeno. Tanta scelta di supermercati nelle vicinanze
La posizione troppo vicina a zona industriale e superstrada trafficata e di cui si sentiva il rumore.
