The property itself was amazing. From the quality of the rooms, the restaurant and lounge facilities, and of course the beautiful cliff side beaches with stunning scenery, this is a beautiful place to visit.

It is very secluded and while you have everything you need at the property , there is not much to easily explore if you want to get off the property.

If you are allocated a room.on the right side of the hotel then the beach is stunning, this is the south side. However we were initially allocated a room on the other side, south side and the beach was awful. We were moved after we said we would be checking out because it was our anniversary. However I think there were enough vacant beds to allow other guests to have beds on that beach if this was important to them. The pool is basic and deep. Breakfast is excellent. Dinner is excellent. The views from the restaurant are stunning. Staff are polite but not entirely efficient, doing things more "their own way" rather than excellent customer service we felt. The manager was very responsive to our initial complaint. There are 2 restaurants close by within 5 min drive. The room was always very clean.

Lunch was too fussy and needs some more beach bar offerings. Dinner menu is high quality but got a bit repetitive unless you have daily specials. My husband found portion sizes small. The hotel didn't seem set up for room service at all. Everything goes to the restaurant directly and if they are busy they don't answer the phone or they say, bear with us we will get it to you in a little while! I would expect a hotel if this standard to have organised room service. Also there are multiple stairs to climb to the pool and it is not suitable for those with mobility problems. You have to climb the same stairs to get to dinner if you are staying on the south side.
