Friendly staff, location clean room, free water bottle.
Average buffet breakfast. Upgraded to executive room.
Very basic facilities, fixed Bath shower head. We cannit cannot move☹️, 3rd bed of extremely poir condition. Pillows of v.poor quality with poor choice. Choice of TV channels limited. Worst . Very poor food quality in basement restaurant. Poor facility for handicapped e.g. no lift to go to restaurant. No choice for those allergic to onion.

Location, wonderful staff, good food.
The noisiest air conditioner ever!!! Even when “off” there was still some kind of noisy ventilation ongoing!!

Good location and nice on site restaurant.
Check in was a mess. I checked in with my friend, who was given her key after we had already waited quite some time. They made me wait for 15 minutes after that before giving me my room key. Only after I spoke with my friend later did I understand that they gave me the room she asked to change out of because it smelt like cigarette smoke. Just not a great way to start. And it did smell like cigarette smoke.
