We had 2 different stays here in the past couple of weeks, in 2 rooms. Everything was great, comfy beds, we received super detailed instructions for self check-in and the manager and staff are all very helpful- we could even leave our luggage at the restaurant below the accommodation after check-out and Sonia, the manager was kind enough to help us book a taxi for an early flight. Location is also 👌
We will definitely book again if we return to the area.
Not a minus - just be aware that if the room is in upper floors, there are no elevators. Also, if you're fronted to the street and you're a light sleeper like I am, you might want to use some earplugs.

Excellent room and service. Staff were very friendly. Place was spotless.
Thank you all.

Host exceptional and went out of her way to help with everything (including finding me a hairdresser & ideas for rainy day activities with my 5yr old)
Location excellent for Bassa with easy access via the bus stop outside for Alta. Room light airy, clean etc.

It was clean, nice shower
When we asked for milk they gave it to us and a bottle of water
Disappointed with tea/coffee tray. No water, poor/no choice of tea and coffee.
One pillow per person
Functional basic room
