The staff were the highlight of the stay. They were attentive, helpful and kind throughout. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is very good and makes it easy to do pretty much anything in the city.
The room had no ceiling fan or any way to cool down. Bogotá is usually cool, but we had a warm night and my sleep was affected. Adding at least a ceiling fan would be a great improvement. Everything else was great.

The location, the customer service
I had problem with my internet
Although they tried to fixed it twice the problem was not really fixed
I did not have good internet connection and it make it inconvenient for me since I had to work

The location was pretty walkable to food and drink options
The jacuzzi in the room did not work. Also, the booking said complimentary airport transit and the driver charged me. When we called the hotel they did not honor the transportation that was included in the booking.
