The apartment we were moved to was in the Flora boutique hotel location. The room was very nice. The shower came with extra functions but they didn't work, but the main shower head was fine. The kitchen was with all necessary amenities, there were towels and bedding available and the room itself was secure and warm.

Probably the only complaint would be the extra shower functions not working and the balcony edging needed some maintenance but these were very small things and didn't make the stay any less enjoyable.

Само пропуснахме да видим знака, че отстрани до Хотела под боровете се води Зона и ни бяха сложили скоба. Т.е. оказа се, че паркинга е точно и само пред хотела. От рецепцията явно не съобразиха да ни предупредят. Рецепция и лоби бара са добре отоплени и уютни. В апартамента имаше осигурени доста неща. Едно от тях сешоар, понеже си бях забравила моя и го оцених много като уж дреболия, ама важна.

The room was spacious, comfortable and great value for money, costing less per night than dinner for two in any of the surrounding restaurants.

There was no internet connection, which was an inconvenience, especially during the evening.

We stayed at this hotel during the low season, which probably explains the fairly low price. Borovets was nearly empty, so it wasn’t hard to find a good deal. However, the low cost comes with some clear trade-offs. The place has definitely seen better days — it feels like it’s stuck in the 2000s, and not in a charming, nostalgic way. The furniture is incredibly outdated, and the bathroom looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the previous era. Walking into the room, my first thought was that we should have spent a bit more and stayed somewhere better. The most disappointing part, though, was the cleanliness — or lack thereof. The floor was dirty, and there were dark hairs scattered all over the place. It was clear that the room hadn't been properly cleaned, which really affected the overall experience. To be fair, it wasn’t a complete disaster, and if you're really on a tight budget, it might be tolerable for one night. But personally, I wouldn’t stay here again.
