Spacious room with sleeping annex, parking in front of the hotel, good restaurant

The room was very clean. Kateřina, from the reception, was very nice and kind. Parking for free in the front of the hotel (night and day). The food from the restaurant was good. The breakfast was good, but basic.
In a corner of the restaurant terrace there was an unpleasant smell. Most likely from a sewer.

There was no soundproofing at all, so I couldn't sleep because of the snoring from the next room.
