Wellnesshotel Wittelsbach

About accommodation: The hotel is beautiful, modern and well renovated. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. About the food/restaurant:we had breakfast and dinner included, the buffet and menu is way larger that we thought it would be and the quality of the food is excellent. Food is tasty, there’s a big selection for all the different alimentary requirements (lactose, gluten, vegan) and the staff is great. Thermals: nice pools, good temperatures, spacey and clean. On general terms a very good hotel, easy to reach by car or public transportation, enough space outside too, sauna was great, hydrations points everywhere, overall a 3.5/5 stay, but the hotel didn’t feel like a 4 star honestly.

Sadly, for a 4 star hotel, it didn’t have any toothcare kits or shower kits (hat, etc) and only a good-for-everything-soap in the shower and no shampoo/conditioner/body wash!! Sadly, it didn’t say that beverages were not included. We can understand alcohol, but not even water was included in our “dinner”. We had to pay extra, and not little. About the treatments: there is also a large variety of treatments, but sadly we were not informed that we needed to book a long time in advance because they do very few spontaneous appointments/there are no cosmetic staff available on the weekend!!! To add, even though the staff was very nice, certain people were not professional enough > would talk the whole time (no relax!!!) or left part of the treatment out because of poor time management!!!! The price didn’t reflect the real quality. Most of the people leave their towels for hours on the seats without even being close, and there were no staff around to take care of that!

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Wellnesbereich ist gut.

Auswahl an Vorspeisen und Nachspeisen hätte vielleicht etwas mehr Auswahl bieten können. Qualitativ war es aber gut.

Super freundliches Personal, tolle Regelung mit den festen Stellplätzen in der Tiefgarage, schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon und sogar mit Sonnenrollo

keine neuen Badehandtücher im Poolbereich, man war leider gezwungen die nassen Handtücher mit aufs Zimmer zu nehmen, damit sie am nächsten Tag vom Zimmerservice getauscht werden konnten, hier hätte ich mir eine andere Lösung gewünscht, da man mit den Handtüchern und den Bademänteln nicht genügend Platz hatte das alles gut zu trocknen

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht! Das Essen war auch gut und der Wellnessbereich überschaubar und ok!

Die Badezimmer sind ein no Go für mich! Dusche und Wc durch 1 Milchglas-Schiebetür zu verschließen. Wobei beim Wc leider eine Lücke von ca 3 cm offen bleibt. Für den Partner dann eher nicht so toll! Niemand möchte gesehen werden oder zusehen bei so intimen Geschäften!
