Comer Kinetta Beach

Clean rooms, nice staff and beach. Lots of parking. Very nice and clean outdoor areas. Main dinners are great,way too many options and greatly improved versus the pre Comer era.

Way too many people, that makes it difficult to get food to eat and a lot of lines are formed. Some rooms are far from the restaurant/main facilities and need walking. People are tagging sunbeds by using towels before they even go to breakfast, so you can't find anything. Some outdoor areas are smelling bad. The ac in the room was making way too much noise. Breakfast wasn't that great. Could have more non-sweet pie stuff.

Comfortable rooms, most of them recently renovated. Cleaning and changing towels every day. Fresh food in the restaurant, even better when you book taverna meal. Beach and see water is clean, blue flag. Good maintenance of landscaping areas. Polite and friendly staff. We had an issue with our room but the staff and general manager really did their best to compensate for the issue. They really care about guests.

Too many people, many of them carefree for wellbeing of others (don’t respect the line in restaurant, leaving garbage on the beach and in the bar, too noisy, etc). The staff was doing their best to make order, but the hotel was full, so too many guests were involved. Meals are lacking protein options, especially breakfast - too many carbs. Coffee included in all-inclusive is really bad. Some more comfortable seating furniture with ambience lighting would be good to have for the evening sitting out of the bar, near the beach. Rooms do not have racks for drying clothes, nor the clothes lines - very inconvenient. There is no place for a walk or to do anything outside of the hotel.

Having known this propertly many years ago we were suprised to see that it had been totally renovated. The rooms are very comfortable and have nice bathrooms. We had a slight issue with a staff member. Within an hour I received a call from the general manager and the issue was sorted out immediatly. Excellent customer service. The food is good and there are many different sorts everyday. Everybody is friendly and the property is very well maintained. I also had a very relaxing massage at the spa done by Dora (highly recommend).

La chambre avec vue mer est très bien. Vue imprenable. Accès direct à la plage. Chambre et literie confortable. Ménage fait tous les jours.

Suite au départ du dernier groupe Lookéa, un seul restaurant ouvert sur trois dès le deuxième jour. Snack fermé dès le lundi alors qu'il est prévu dans les prestations fournies. Très peu de choix au niveau des plats, plus de plats cuisinés sur place. Très peu de spécialités locales. Pas de carte au bar, cocktails et boissons de mauvaise qualité. Il s'agissait de la dernière semaine de la saison pour l'hôtel et le personnel commençait déjà à ranger et nettoyer alors qu'il restait des clients. Aucune animation et aucune information touristique.
