The courtyard above the offices with open corridors around was nice.

The rooms are very small and the breakfast was very standard continental.

Staff was super nice, room facilities were excelent.

Un petit manque de consistance au niveau de la variété du petit-déjeuner. 2 jours sur 4 c'était excellent et 2 autres jours moins que moyen

Good location

The room is very small, but mainly the hotel is definitely not 4 star hotel based on the world standards. Hospitality, cleanliness are totally out of control. The service of cleaning the room consists only of taking the trash out, new towels and bottle of water. After a week here we had a insane level of dust in the room and nobody ever touched it. Besides that the dust level on the ac seemed that nobody has touched it either for some time.... I have to admit that it is not a good value for the money, you can hear trains and shinkansen every time they pass by. Also we ordered a meal from other restaurant, staff at the reception was not willing to call to our room and so we lost the order... we would not choose the hotel again
