In my 20 years coming to the island, a few times each year, this accomodation is definitely in my top 3!
The location was on a quiet street, but still within a few mins walk to the Las Canteras beach, and all the bars and restaurants along the promenade. Las Arenas shopping centre also close by. Supermarkets also with a few minutes walking distance.
Also what you see in the photos, is actually how the property looks.
The rooms were contemporary and had everything needed including some personal touches, which made the experience even better.
The staff were really helpful in discussing and sharing information and some tips to get the best experience while here. I had an issue with the air conditioning (my fault) and once I reported it, it was fixed immediately.
That I couldn't stay longer.
I honestly can't think of anything, the accommodation and service provided was perfect, I could not be any happier with my experience here.

The location, apartment and cleanness of the apartment were great.

The location is perfect for us. 2nd time visiting.
Could do with a few more cooking items such as small frying pan as only 1 large pan.
There was also a strange smell in the room so we ended up buying a room deodorant

Great location. Can reach everything by foot. Free beach towels.
Cant expect more from 2 star place. Little smelly, squeaky bed, mattress has done its job a while ago as you can feel springs. Maybe 0 star sound isolation, can hear everyone who went to the toilet and what a neighbour is watching on a TV. As we had a room closed to stairs, and head was 1 m from the room door we heard everything who opened the main door and took a lift.
Probably we had same bedsheet and duvet cover for 7 days.

"J'ai passé quelques jours agréables dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est sympathique, tout est bien organisé et la plage est proche de l'hôtel. Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois."
