Casa I Cappuccini

The room was very clean spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely and quiet in my room I did hear people returning at night along the landing but didn't hear anything else from neighbouring rooms which I was very grateful of. Good shower and plenty of space for clothes with lots of hangers. The hotel was in a really good location ideal for walking to the Spanish Steps and trevi fountain. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent value for money.

The only negative is that the safe was very low-down in the wardrobe making it difficult to access. The instructions were beneath the safe so I had to take a photo of the instructions so that I could then activate and use it so for someone like myself who has back problems it wasn't very easily accessible but it wasn't impossible to use that's the main thing but that's the only criticism I have of the hotel I was very pleasantly surprised.

Location is the best!!!

The mattress is not comfortable and the ac is loud all night long.

Very good location with bus and Barberini metro station in front of the hotel. The hotel staff was very kind and helpfull. Thank you for all informations and help! The room was large, with fridge, coffee maker, tea, coffee and bottles of water. Daily cleaning, very good shower and possibilty to buy drinks and snacks at the hotel. The Capuccini Museum is very interesting and also the church. Spanish Steps and Fontana di Trevi are about 10 minutes walking. Tourist busses run close to the hotel. Pam supermarket and taxi station are very close to the hotel. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. I felt very safe in this area.

Mosquitos in the room, but not a big issue for me. I had to care of the key card. I would prefer to let the key at the reception.
