Near a train and tram station.
Nothing

The location is so close to JR Nagasaki to catch early train. Also, luggage storage is available when arrive early is a plus.
Nothing at all.

I stayed here for the three nights, it general my stay was pretty good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was small but pretty comfortable and clean. The hotel is located close to the central station with connection to almost all around Nagasaki. It was actually pretty cheap compared to other hotels in the area. I highly recommend it.
Not much except for the old carpets in the rooms, I think they have to be changed at some point.
