It is a nice apartment, clean, close to the clubs and the bus stop as well. Also, the owner Eleni was really nice, offered coffee every morning, made us pancakes, the day we were leaving she let us stay longer cuz there was no one coming in that day. We are really happy that we stayed here and we will come again!☺️

I loved the cleanliness and the staff, who are one family and very warm people. They are very hospitable and often treated us to fruit and cake. We also really appreciated the cleanliness and the fairly spacious rooms.

What I didn’t like was that the furniture is quite old, and the interior really needs some updating. In the evenings, there is also noise coming from outside, which continues into the night. However, this is not a problem specific to this hotel, as a large part of Ayia Napa can be quite noisy at night. Another inconvenience was that there is an additional charge for using the air conditioning.

Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, l'emplacement est parfait, proche du centre et des stations de bus. La plage la plus proche est à 25 min à pied.

Déjà, nous avons eu du mal à récupérer les clés le jour de l'arrivée : il a fallu que nous appelions le numéro standard pour trouver la bonne personne pour nous remettre les clés. Il manque du matériel : nous n'avons ni shampoing ni gel douche. La douchette était abîmée, ce qui est vraiment très contraignant à utiliser. Le wifi fonctionne très mal.

It was clean, sheets was parfumed and nice smelling. Tha bathroom was old but clean. The location was great. Near main street near clubs. Although it was noisy outside until 6 am, when you close the windows you cant hear nothing so it was great to sleep. If you pay air condition...

1. You need to pay air codition. It didnt write and i said to the owner you should write that on booking and he changed and wrote. Without air codition you cant sleep because it is on the last floor and it is so hot and if you open windows its so noisy that you cant sleep. So we asked for the remote on 2nd day of our stay and eleni wanted to pay her all 4 nights. It wasnt ok and my husband said but we used air cond for 3 days and she got angry because od 8 euros she wanted to charge us extra. 2. Wifi was terrible. It kept saying all day: connected without internet so you cant use it for nothing. I couldnt call my home on viber so i bought sim card. I have told the owner he said i will come later i will restart it but it wasnt usefull. 3. The bathroom is too old but clean. If you want to take shower you will take bath with or cold or warm water. No middle because you cant make it. So you can imagine how you take shower of kids...
