Kunming Haitian Hotel

Exceptional Hospitality — Staff Who Truly Go Above and Beyond! We cannot thank this hotel and its wonderful staff enough for the exceptional hospitality and genuine care they have shown us throughout our stay. Their kindness has made our experience truly memorable, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they have done for us. Excellent location and comfort Getting to the hotel from the airport by metro was so convenient, and the hotel was only a few minutes’ walk from the metro station. This made getting around so easy, especially when traveling with luggage. A welcome fresh fruit bowl! It’s another lovely touch that made you fell welcome. The bed was comfortable, the bath towels were large, fluffy and lovely, and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable hotel slippers. These little comforts made our stay even more enjoyable. Thoughtful gestures that made us feel so welcome From our very first day, we were touched by the staff’s thoughtfulness. When we wanted to visit Green Lake Park, we asked the porter for directions. Rather than simply telling us how to get there, he personally escorted us to the bus stop, explained which bus to take and how many stops before getting off. Such a kind gesture made exploring the city much easier for us. Another lovely surprise happened when we used the hotel’s washing machine. After returning from dinner, we expected to put our clothes into the tumble dryer ourselves. To our surprise, the staff had already taken care of everything! Our clothes had been dried and neatly folded in a basket, ready for us to collect. We were genuinely touched by this thoughtful service. When we had to catch an early-morning high-speed train before breakfast service began, the staff thoughtfully prepared two breakfast bags for us to enjoy on the train. They also provided complimentary car to take us the railway station.

None

Location is main reason for choice of hotel as it is directly accessible by airport express

Poorly designed toilet - The glass walls and thin curtains allow bright lighting into the bedroom - Poor placements of holders and hooks - Little counter space for essentials like clothings, towels and toiletries.

L’espace, le personnel qui est très accueillant et à l’écoute pour tous les besoins, les chambres, les équipements… tout était parfait.

All staff members were friendly and helpful. This is rare to see among such a large group of staff members. They are doing a great job to make guests feel comfortable. Getting a free upgrade from a two double bed room to a suite was really nice of them, especially since we were traveling with two kids.
