Clean place, good location with the view of Mehrangarh Fort. Well maintained.
Can't complain.

The room, even though small, had a good energy to it. I was fine staying there since i stayed there just one night, not great for long stays. AV cools well, the bed is comfortable.
Staff is friendly and cheerful, but can be very laid back.
On the whole, not a bad option for an emergency situation, but i would rethink for a long stay.
Its is tiny bylanes of the bazaar area and getting there in traffic time can be overwhelming.
Cobwebs near bed and bathroom. Too many large black ants in the room and bathroom. Even after i informed the staff twice, he didn't feel the need to do anything about it. I avoided using the bathroom. They have a kitchen but no food was available since the chef was on leave. I got tea which was nice.
