Exceptionally well fitted out for a small rental cottage. Clean and tidy and in an excellent position for Chatsworth and south eastern Peak District. Good walking nearby as well.
A bit too warm upstairs for sleeping as we didn't want to leave roof lights open at night in case of rain. Perhaps thinner duvet would be a good idea.

Property was clean, looked lovely and very well equipped. Had absolutely everything that we needed.
Bed was very comfortable and shower was great. We walked in and everything smelt so clean. Which is always a good welcome.
Nothing. We had no issues with anything at all.

Beautiful lodge in a perfect location.
Had everything we needed, very clean.
Some very cute and friendly dogs on the site that came for cuddles a couple of evenings.
It's not a dislike but I just wanted to justify my rating for the lodge owners. We never actually saw them or spoke to them so I cant score how friendly they were. However, we weren't phased by not seeing them and enjoyed the peace so no judgment at all.
