Our room was perfect, private and allowed us to do our thing... Nice sunsets, great pool very friendly staff

All inclusive with the Butler was not all inclusive and you had to pay $10 or $20 for the Butler every time you used him... The place was a little run down I stayed there 5 years ago and it was different. We still had a great time and would go back. Just with a little less expectations.

Its good resort, the idea is good

The villa need a lot of maintenance, most of the facilities not working and pools is not clean , massage ladies not experienced enough

The staff were very friendly to me that's super important. Great dinner by the pool Pools were nic.

We had a butler but if you used him it was $10 each time, we had all inclusive VIP we booked this room with jacuzzi and pool so we didn't have to leave the room paid A LOT extra. If you had to walk from one side of the resort to the other everytime you wanted a glass of wine or pay the Butler to get it. All inclusive and butler service is no different from room service doesn't mean it's included, it's not what you think it means misleading. We decided to down grade to a normal room and paid for drinks and food it worked out cheaper. We just didn't have a spa. The TV is just for show, it only ran commercials all day lol. For the one day, the power went out, the toilet didn't work, we couldn't get ready, so we were late for dinner most of the food was gone, because of the time it took for 2 guys to repair the toilet. Basically we just slept in the bed. Bathroom facilities at the main pool the toilet seat was broken , toilet didn't flush. Things were old. We had a good time, I had found memories from 4 years ago when I stayed there. Things have changed.
