Spacious 4-bed villa with private pool, sea views & walk to Praia da Luz
Cette villa mitoyenne élégante et contemporaine de 4 chambres avec piscine privée est magnifiquement meublée et finie à un niveau exceptionnellement élevé tout au long, et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer et vers la baie de Luz et le promontoire environnant. Situé dans un quartier paisible de Luz, la villa est à quelques pas de la plage et du centre du village où il y a une bonne sélection de bars et de restaurants. La villa bénéficie également de l'utilisation des installations de l'appart'hôtel voisin, y compris la piscine et la piscine pour bébés séparée (utilisation restreinte en juillet et août), le bar, l'accès Internet, le billard et la télévision sportive britannique. La ville historique et fortifiée de Lagos se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture pour une sélection de restaurants, bars, boutiques et une marina. Il y a plusieurs bons terrains de golf à une courte distance en voiture. Il y a aussi un certain nombre de courts de tennis à distance de marche qui offrent également un coaching. Une villa fantastique, offrant un hébergement spacieux et confortable toute l'année.

The villa was much more than expected, we asked to warm the pool and it was well worth it. Really enjoyed our stay. Caroline was really accommodating and Helena was lovely responding to our request quickly and with a smile. The kitchen was astoundingly well stocked although we ate out every evening. Excellent restaurants.There is a big gas BBQ we didn’t use but local meat and fish are plenty full.Stunning view, it’s not great if you have mobility issues. Steps and a steep hill.About 10/15 mins walk to bars and restaurants.Well worth the walk. We didn’t have a car so shopping meant an uber ride but that was not an issue.Lovely villa in a lovely location Would definitely recommend.

The Villa is lovely and spacious with a lovely seaview. Brilliant air con in the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and has 2 fridges. The swimming pool was great. Large and very clean with lots of comfortable sun loungers around. Near a local hotel so easy to pop in for a drink and a snack. Easy walk into Luz for bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

We had an amazing stay at the villa, perfectly located with a lovely walk down to the beach and in the opposite direction a beautiful coastal walk / run route to Burgua. We had 3 cars and there was ample space for parking one on the drive and on the road not getting in anyone else way. The villa is a much bigger space than expected which was a lovely surprise with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.The heated pool was gorgeous so glad we paid the extra!

We stayed in the villa for a week in April and had the best time. We were two families with 4 children under 9. The villa is amazingly spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, which was wonderful as we cooked at the villa a lot. There is a large gas BBQ on the balcony where we ate lunch and dinner together overlooking the sea. There is also a table tennis table and darts board down by the pool. The pool was great, we paid to have it heated since it was early in the year. The kids didn’t want to come out they loved it so much. The location is great, very quiet but only a 15 min walk down to the beach/shops. The view is stunning, there is a large roof terrace where we did yoga every morning! There is a lovely walk across the headland to Bergau straight from the property which I’d recommend. Caroline was a great host, good communication and quick to respond. We loved our stay and hope to be back next year. Thank you Caroline!
