L'Emplacement. L'appartement confortable.
Manquait des ustensiles indispensables : par exemple saladier, égouttoir a vaisselle, une vraie machine a café, une tv connectée pour caster.
Le réglage de la clim difficile : soit on a chaud soit on a froid

We were a group of nine people, spanning three generations. We rented two units, one on the G/F and one on the 1/F. The living environment was quiet and safe. The location is closed to the city centre. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the host was friendly and responded quickly to messages.
If a dish‑drying rack could be provided, that would be even better and more convenient.
In addition, the 1/F unit may not be suitable for families with young people or children, and is more appropriate for couples or older guests. This is because the neighbour on the 1/F has a newborn baby who is very sensitive to noise. Frequent movement up and down the stairs, entering or leaving the unit, or even slightly louder laughter may startle the baby. Therefore, it is recommended that the host take this into consideration when arranging future guest stays.

Location was central. Good restaurants around. Touristic sites nearby.
Off smell (difficult to bear for the first day and night) in the whole apartment. It is mentioned on the site that someone will meet at the apartment to give the keys. The time of arrival was informed to the owner, but no one was there to give the keys. On contacting the owner by phone, she made arrangement to provide the keys through a neighbour in the same building. It would be good if the owner informs the guests by sending a message, to inform her at the time of departing Seville airport for the apartment. The owner was prompt in providing toilet tissues.
