The apartment is really well situated only 2 minutes from Water Taxi and airport Transfers - a big plus for Venice. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood part of Venice yet only minutes from the Main attractions - so very quiet and peaceful. Owner Luca was very helpful to meet us at the Station and made some wonderful suggestions! I will definitely stay at Ca Del Mar again.

Loved the quieter location away from the crowds. Beds were comfortable and the property was modern and clean. Host was so helpful, providing information and tips before and during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and stay again!
Can’t think of anything bad! Great stay!

Close to water taxis and walking distance to sites. Clean and well equipped apartment.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the apartment

Location is very accessible from the airport. AC worked well and the host was responsive.
No housekeeping at all despite the lengthy stay. No towel refreshes. Shower had draining issues. No additional garbage bags. Overpriced for what it is.
