Location is very convenient.
This is the hotel that my husband and I stayed at Batam whenever we visited Batam.
It can be very noisy at times along the corridor when the guests get back to the hotel.

The friendly and welcoming staff as always. The wide variety of breakfast buffet. The location of the hotel close to the mall with a covered walkway, surrounding with lots of restaurants, cafes, mataharj department store, supermarkets, Electronic shops and many more.
The Hotel team should look into the room pillows, as they are mostly worn out and sunken. The toilets inbetween the stay can be cleaned better. As I had to advice front desk to have toilets rewashed thoroughly.
