Dome Beach Marina Hotel & Resort

We stayed at Dome Beach Hotel & Resort from 4 to 9 October — the three of us: my mother, my son and me, on an All Inclusive basis. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel. We had a large family room, which was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily. Upon arrival, there was water, tea, coffee and sugar in the fridge. After that, we could refill our water bottles for free around the hotel, and at the bar, as part of the All Inclusive service, we could always get water, local juices, cocktails and other drinks. What we liked most was the hotel grounds. They are spacious, clean and well maintained, with many different areas for relaxation. There are two swimming pools and plenty of sun loungers, so you can choose a spot depending on your mood — somewhere more lively or somewhere completely peaceful. If you want to relax, get away from the noise and take your time, it is easy to find such a place here. The location is very convenient — practically next to Makronissos. We went swimming at the beach and then returned to the hotel to relax on the grounds. There are also small coves with more secluded beaches nearby. You can walk along the coastal paths towards Landa Beach or visit the archaeological site of Makronissos. For those who enjoy active holidays, there are several padel courts available for hire. We enjoyed the food: there was always a good choice for dinner, and every day there was something new to try. In the afternoon, you could have coffee and brownies, which was especially nice after spending time by the sea. Everything around the hotel was clean and well maintained, and there were showers and toilets on the beach. The staff also made a very good impression — everyone was friendly and willing to help. Of course, if you look for small details, you can always find something that could be slightly better or more convenient. But we are not particularly demanding about such things, so none of this affected our holiday.

The beach is exceptional! Despite the crowed, all of us have had comfortable space to relax and swim. The room was clean, a bit outdated, but well-maintained. Breakfast was very good, great variety of food available. This is also applicable for the lunch and dinner. Compliments to the chefs'! Very polite, friendly, and helpful staff :)

In general, there is nothing I could highlight here. It was an ant issue when I entered the room, and after reporting this to the reception, all was resolved within literally seconds! It was greatly appreciated

More than exceptional room, right on the beach, unlimited drinks and foods, three options for restaurants that were included in the all-inclusive package. I also liked how many accessible chairs and areas to lounge there were and the cleanliness was amazing. The staff was very kind and very willing to help and answer any questions.

The sauna and the gym didn't work, even though it was part of our paid package of the all-inclusive. The staff said they would take a look at the gym and it still wasn't fixed (none of the gym equipment was working). One of the days we had to ask three times for our room to be cleaned. Some staff didn't know any English so we couldn't communicate, especially in the Japanese restaurant and the spa. The Japanese restaurant was extremely disappointing as the portions weren't what we had expected and the teriyaki options were below average. The sushi was fine but we were already frustrated trying to communicate with the waitress what we wanted to order. Also, considering how there are three bars on the property, some of the barmen made below average cocktails, while others were better and those were the ones we visited often. So, we were disappointed at the limited options that we had paid for a great amount of money and couldn't meet our expectations.
