The Boutique Napoli Suite

location was good, room was not quiet by noisy street, cleaning everywhere....

noisy...

Propreté Emplacement

Pas de chaîne de tv française Je pensais avoir un bain balneo mais juste une douche

Spacious room with a lot of amenities and wonderful location.

Noise from the adjacent room was at times excessive.

I liked being by the metro, it was very convenient.

Overall, I was not pleased with my room. When I arrived they said my room was larger, but to me it was the worst room pictured here. I think the pictures are very generous and do not accurately reflect the rooms. It is very loud with people coming and going. The hotel is very small. Having to constantly give our keys to the security guard was frustrating. There were no rugs and it felt very bare in the room. Our shower was in the main room, and there was no way to have privacy as you shower. There was also clear water damage on the ceiling around the showerhead. There was the minimal decor, and overall everything felt very stark. Our room was also dusty. I'd say overall, I would have preferred to spend a little bit more to get a nicer stay. It almost felt like a hostel. There were other options around for the same price point but we liked the pictures of this one. We did not like the street we were on either, as it was immensely busy and we were constantly pushed.
