Relatively spacious, was clean and well equipped.

Was charged extra 20 euros for not unloading the dishwasher. Checkin hours are strict and you will be charged extra if you miss them. The flat is full of passive agresive signs of what you can and cannot do. Ofc that even though "you are expected" to read them all, you dont do it. One of the rules is that you will be charged if you do leave the dishes in the dishwasher. So after breakfast we turned on the dishwasher and left. And voila 20 euros extra. I am not complaing that I didnt break the rules, I did. I am complaing that the rules are not customer friendly, not intuitive and ruin the experience. If you want your customers to be happy with a service, make the rules reasonable. Responses saying "you should have read the sign" dont make me a happy customer.
