WD Hotel

Very lovely property , don’t let the humble reception fool you the rooms are absolutely lovely , clean and comfortable with everything you need … the staff was lovely also !!! Location was absolutely fantastic !! Food and shops close by

I loved everything , just would have loved them to have an iron for my clothes .

1. Close to the mall and the metro. The location of the hotel is brilliant. Both the metro and the mall were 2mins from the doors and it's very convenient when you have to travel to the city or looking to buy some food. 2. Clean and spacious room. I booked a deluxe double room which was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had everything I needed including toiletries, shower, towels and a toilet with bidet. And the room was spotless and cleaned regularly. The AC was cool and love how you can control everything in the room using the TV remote with extra buttons. 3. Great staff. All the staff were great and friendly and helped out with queries. It was great to see some smiles every time I came through the doors.

1. Coffee with sugar and milk: A minor inconvenience was that the coffees in the room didn't come with milk or sugar sachets. That would have avoided me going to the shop next door in the morning to buy 3-in-1 coffees. 2. Laundry partnerships: A good option would have been a partnership with a local laundry where guests can get a laundry charge card from the reception which can then be charged back to the room.

Location and very nice bathroom.

The room was big and very clean.
