Friendly and attentive receptionists, well-maintained, air-conditioned room with all the necessary amenities, located in the center of the city.
The building itself looked a bit "rustic" from the outside.

Maybe the pillows. And the tv controls was about to run out of battery.

Good location, nice and new interior and bathroom.
Neither the heating, nor the AC (as heating) worked (on a very cold day), and the room smelled cigarettes (much). I asked for another room but have not recevied due to full house. However, the apartmants are operated by a hotel which is 2 mins away, but they have not offered a room there (for only 1 night). The apartmants are located in a central, but quite run down building on the ground floor.
