The hotel was modern and well kept. Check in was a little all over the place, but otherwise staff were accommodating!
Housekeeping came daily, but changed towels only. Beds were not made or changed our 5 day stay. The laundry room was always busy, with folk leaving their laundry for hours. Never had opportunity to do laundry here (despite trying at times like midnight and 6am!) - side note, there’s a fantastic laundry place 8mins from the hotel. DIY, costs $7 USD and takes 1 hour only.

"Très bon accueil, personnel aimable, souriant et aidant pour certaines démarches compliquées pour ceux qui ne parlent pas japonais. Petit déjeuner varié et bon."
