Richmond Hotel Yokohama Ekimae

Excellent location and service! We especially loved the relaxing bath salt and tea selections. We stayed for four nights, and while our first night was a little unpleasant due to noise from the bar, the staff kindly reassigned us to a quieter room on our second night, which made the rest of our stay much more comfortable. Breakfast was good, although the options were the same every day, so having more variety would have been appreciated. Hub Yokohama's chicken and chips and fish and chips were also a delight and definitely worth trying!

None. However, it would be much better if the breakfast options could alternate from one day to the next.

Good location , clean & value for money

Our group had booked 13 rooms. Between 11 p.m. and midnight, while we were gathered in the lobby discussing our itinerary, a male staff member rudely yelled at us, telling us to be quiet. He could have spoken politely instead of being so loud and disrespectful.

Central to Yokahama station and easy train access to Tokyo and cruise ship terminal. Plenty of places to eat. Love the self serve laundry availability

Proximity to Hakone Yumoto Station which has various restaurants ant eateries

Lacks of languages and Restuarant menu and not available if you don’t book.
