nice room and nice bathroom. front shared room is cute
the front shared room, it was hard to tell what dishes were dirty and what dishes were clean. It made be very cautious about what dish I was using. Some people were just rinsing dishes (not washing) and putting them in the dryer rack. it would be nice if there was staff there to make sure people know what to do with dirty dishes and ensuring new comers are using clean dishes.

The owner was extremely friendly and conversational. He gave us a room with a larger bed that was quite comfortable and a couch to set our things on. We had no trouble finding the place and it was quiet for the whole evening.
The bathroom appeared to have a bit of mold in several places up and out of the way.

Cute guesthouse, very clean and the room was simple but large. There's a large kitchenette (though there's no oven or stove, but a microwave, cutlery and glasses) with free coffee and a nice seating area. The views from the window were lovely.
Staff wasn't around initially, but we called the provided phone number and someone came within 5 minutes. The location was convenient for us, near Seljalandfoss.
It's a bit expensive for what it is.
Also there aren't many facilities near (like supermarket or gas station) so just be prepared and bring your supplies. This isn't really about the guesthouse itself but just something to be aware of.
